The FullStack Developer plays a critical role in creating, maintaining, and enhancing solutions developed and maintained by the Cromai team. This professional works across multiple technology stacks and actively participates in all development stages, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and efficiency from development through final delivery. Additionally, they collaborate with business and design teams during product development and possess the capability to lead less complex projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively participate in defining software architecture and design. * Develop medium/high-complexity and high-impact features. * Conduct code reviews for the squad and projects involved. * Collaborate with other teams, such as design and quality, to ensure product excellence. * Demonstrate urgency and prioritization skills when executing tasks. * Perform deployments and monitor CI/CD pipelines. Identify and resolve issues impacting operational performance and delivery across operational areas. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with programming languages Python/Go and frameworks such as Flask or equivalents. * Experience with TypeScript and ReactJS. * Experience with testing tools across multiple technology stacks. * Experience with PostgreSQL and Firestore databases. * Experience with version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab). * Understanding of architectural best practices, such as componentization and separation of concerns. * Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex issues using debugging tools. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of configuring CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments. * Familiarity with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code). * Familiarity with AI tools supporting the software development lifecycle. * Ability to plan, execute, and monitor activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
