Contributes to the continuous improvement of departmental processes We are looking for a **Fiscal Analyst**, analytical, organized, and experienced in the fiscal area — someone who values well-structured processes, continuous learning, and quality deliverables. **Responsibilities** * Tax calculation (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit) * Filing of ancillary obligations (DCTFWEB, SPED Fiscal, EFD, PERDCOMP, etc.) * Support for special tax regimes and tax audits * Technical interface with clients and support to other departments * Contributes to the continuous improvement of departmental processes * Constant interaction with clients, addressing their needs and guiding them toward best practices and regulatory compliance Requirements: **Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields — currently pursuing or completed** * Solid experience (minimum 3 years, preferably in accounting firms) * Proficiency in Domínio or similar accounting systems * Analytical mindset, organization, and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and a consultative attitude **Desirable**: Experience with the Domínio system is a plus Benefits * Health insurance * Dental insurance * TotalPass * Quick Massage * Career development plan * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance Define your preferred start time — our working hours are flexible.
