We serve supermarkets, ice cream shops, açaí shops, and various other businesses, with strong regional presence. We are currently expanding and professionalizing our management—especially in the finance area—offering professionals the opportunity to actively participate in organizing and structuring financial processes, with direct contact with company leadership. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. * Execute financial entries in the management system. * Monitor accounts receivable (customer receivables). * Monitor accounts payable (suppliers, salaries, and internal payments). * Organize, file, and track issued invoices. * Schedule payments according to due dates. * Monitor potential delinquencies and maintain contact with customers for alignment and rescheduling. * Support financial negotiations with customers and suppliers. * Contribute to organizing financial information that supports managerial reporting. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Communication. * Organization. * Proactivity. * Negotiation skills. * Dynamism. * Results orientation. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** A Fábrica de Sorvete. * **Work Location:** Lauro de Freitas – BA (Buraquinho). * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. 1-hour lunch break. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Financial Analyst. * Experience with management systems (ERP). * Proficiency in Excel. * Preferred: Experience with Conta Azul ERP. * Preferred: Experience in mid-sized companies.
