If you enjoy challenges, possess strategic vision, and seek to work in a growing company, this opportunity is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities** **Accounting and Financial Management** * Record and monitor the company’s financial transactions. * Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement). * Ensure compliance of records with accounting standards and applicable legislation. **Financial and Budget Planning** * Develop, monitor, and revise the company’s budget. * Track financial indicators and analyze variances between planned and actual results. * Develop financial projections and support strategic planning. **Costs and Importation** * Calculate import costs for products. * Analyze operational costs and propose opportunities for cost reduction and optimization. * Review and approve operational expenses. **Treasury and Cash Flow Management** * Manage cash flow to ensure the company’s financial health. * Plan and control inflows and outflows of funds. * Maintain relationships with financial institutions and banks. **Accounts Payable and Receivable** * Process payments and manage obligations with suppliers. * Issue invoices, monitor collections, and perform collections when necessary. * Ensure organization and timely fulfillment of financial deadlines. **Tax and Fiscal Management** * Ensure compliance with fiscal and tax obligations. * Calculate taxes related to product importation and commercialization. * Contribute to tax planning to improve fiscal efficiency. **Internal Controls and Auditing** * Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial information. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency. **Financial Analysis** * Prepare managerial reports and analyses to support decision-making. * Assess the financial viability of new projects, investments, and business opportunities. * Identify risks and propose improvements to financial processes. * **️ Compliance and Governance** * Ensure adherence to legal, accounting, and regulatory standards. * Stay updated on changes in fiscal and financial legislation, contributing to business security and sustainability.
