We’re ready to grow—and we’re looking for sales-driven individuals to dominate the local market with us! **What you’ll do (Your day-to-day):** * Conduct active in-person prospecting (Door-to-Door / D2D), initially focused on apparel manufacturing and commercial hubs in Goiânia’s **44th Region**. * Approach store owners, managers, and apparel manufacturers to understand their pain points with WhatsApp-based customer service. * Deliver quick live demonstrations of the system on a smartphone or tablet screen, showcasing how our Kanban dashboard and catalog work. * Close subscription contracts for the software (monthly billing). * Provide real customer feedback to help drive product evolution. **The profile we’re seeking:** * **Experience in external / field sales (D2D):** Prior experience canvassing the local commercial area—offering products or services (e.g., card machines, internet plans, clothing brands)—is a strong advantage. * **Strong communication skills and rapport with retailers:** Ability to speak the local merchant’s language—clearly, directly, and without complex technical jargon. * **Resilience and goal orientation:** Unfazed by rejection (“no”) and motivated by aggressive commission structures. * Comfort using mobile applications (after all, you’ll be demonstrating software). **What we offer:** * **Compensation:** Commercial fixed salary (PJ regime via MEI) \+ highly aggressive commission plan (earn bonuses directly on every new subscription closed). * **Full Technical Support:** You focus 100% on selling, while our engineering team ensures the platform remains flawless, fast, and always online. * Comprehensive software training (you’ll master the system in under one hour). * Genuine growth opportunities as Strato’s customer base scales.
