Our day-to-day work is highly dynamic and involves comprehensive construction project management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage construction projects; * Define execution methodologies; * Inspect construction sites; * Supervise construction site safety; * Control the quality of the development and of the project; * Coordinate and plan team activities to meet requirements outlined in the strategic planning of the ongoing construction project; * Monitor the development and execution of construction phases to assess compliance with processes, physical and financial schedules (planned vs. actual), and quality of services delivered; * Coordinate administrative activities for the construction project, including preparation and organization of documentation required for property registration with municipal governments and other competent authorities and local utility companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineer; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Registration with CREA; * Experience with Masonry Construction Methodology; * Experience with the “Casa Verde e Amarela” program is a plus; * Valid driver's license. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal and/or Food Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Fuel Allowance; TotalPass.
