If you seek a collaborative, intense, and high-performance environment, join us. ‍ **OPEN POSITION** **Backend Software Engineer** **ABOUT THE POSITION** We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong experience in Node.js, Python, and N8N, focused on integrations, messaging, and event-driven architecture. You will build scalable APIs, critical automation workflows, and integrations with external systems, operating in high-volume, highly available environments. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and/or Python. * Build and maintain automation workflows using N8N. * Design and evolve microservices to support integrations, automations, and internal processes. * Implement integrations with WhatsApp Cloud API, internal systems, external platforms, and third-party APIs. * Develop notification systems via push, email, SMS, and webhooks. * Design integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and clarity in data flows. * Implement event-driven architecture, working with queues, messaging, and asynchronous processing. * Work with Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar technologies to build resilient workflows. * Implement retry strategies, idempotency, fault tolerance, and secure error handling. * Ensure application observability through logs, metrics, monitoring, and event traceability. * Work in containerized environments using Docker. * Participate in architectural decisions, prioritizing simplicity, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. **REQUIREMENTS** * Solid backend experience with Node.js and Python. * Practical experience with N8N for creating and maintaining automation workflows. * Experience designing and maintaining production-ready RESTful APIs. * Hands-on experience integrating with APIs, webhooks, and external systems. * Knowledge of queuing and messaging systems such as Redis, RabbitMQ, or SQS. * Experience with AWS, especially ECS, Lambda, SQS, and CloudWatch. * Familiarity with Docker, containers, and Linux environments. * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. * Experience operating in high-request-volume environments. * Experience with CI/CD and best practices for deployment. * Understanding of event-driven architecture. * Ability to debug production issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools. * Strong software engineering practices: code organization, version control, documentation, and system maintenance. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Grafana, or similar observability tools. * Experience with distributed architecture. * Experience with mission-critical messaging systems. * Knowledge of high-availability systems. * Experience with production monitoring, tracing, and incident analysis. * Experience building complex automations involving multiple integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous events. **PROFILE** * Autonomy and sense of responsibility * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand environment * Commitment to continuous technical growth * Ownership mindset: proposing improvements, solving problems, and sustaining production solutions * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business units **Here’s what our GEXs enjoy** Flash Clude ️ TotalPass / Wellhub Birthday Day Off Birthday Kit Celebratory gifts for special occasions Career development plan 100% remote work **Our agreement** PJ contract * Flexible working hours 100% remote model Highly autonomous technical environment
