




Job Summary: Support student activities by monitoring academic performance and promoting communication and interaction between students and the institution. Key Highlights: 1. Focuses on student monitoring and motivation Support student activities by monitoring students' academic performance and implementing proactive communication initiatives. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Plan and organize administrative processes; * Monitor course development; * Promote institutional interaction; * Promote interaction among Assistant / Student / Course and respond to student inquiries submitted via the LMS (Learning Management System) through the assistant tool; * Provide technical clarifications to students upon request; * Forward technical questions and issues to the responsible team; * Perform AVA check\-list, identifying potential problems. Based on the tutor's indication, contact students who are not participating, identify the reason, and take action—jointly with tutoring—to motivate them to return to the course; * Contact students by phone when necessary; * Clarify administrative and technical questions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in the field: 1 year. * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Teaching License or Bachelor's degree). * Specific knowledge: Proficiency in internet resources, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email services.
