Job Summary: Support student activities by monitoring academic performance and promoting communication and interaction between students and the institution. Key Highlights: 1. Facilitates interaction among the Assistant, Student, and Course 2. Clarifies administrative and technical questions 3. Focuses on student monitoring and motivation Support student activities by monitoring students' academic performance and implementing proactive communication initiatives. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Plan and organize administrative processes; * Monitor course development; * Promote institutional interaction; * Promote interaction among Assistant / Student / Course and respond to student inquiries submitted via the LMS (Learning Management System) through the assistant tool; * Provide technical clarifications to students upon request; * Forward technical questions and issues to the responsible team; * Perform AVA check\-list, identifying potential problems. Based on the tutor's indication, contact students who are not participating, identify the reason, and take action—jointly with tutoring—to motivate them to return to the course; * Contact students by phone when necessary; * Clarify administrative and technical questions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in the field: 1 year. * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Teaching License or Bachelor's degree). * Specific knowledge: Proficiency in internet resources, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email services.
