Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** We seek a **hands-on** professional with strong technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining automated infrastructure solutions, actively participating in building environments, developing automations, and resolving production environment issues. In addition to technical expertise, we expect this person to be a transformation agent, internally promoting automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps culture — influencing teams, disseminating best practices, encouraging adoption of modern infrastructure standards, and contributing to the continuous evolution of organizational processes, tools, and operational models. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using **Terraform**. * Creating and managing configuration and provisioning automations with **Ansible**. * Designing, deploying, and managing cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. * Developing reusable and standardized modules for resource provisioning. * Integrating infrastructure automations into **CI/CD pipelines**. * Managing configuration, version control, and code reviews using Git. * Ensuring compliance with security standards, governance policies, and best practices. * Monitoring, optimizing, and resolving incidents in infrastructure environments. * Automating operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. * Automating deployment, configuration, and update processes for servers and applications. * Collaborating with DevOps, Cloud, Development, and Security teams. * Documenting architectures, processes, and operational procedures. * Participating in the continuous evolution of the platform, promoting scalability, availability, and reliability of environments. * Implementing best practices for governance, compliance, and access control. * Participating in technical meetings and discussions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required; * Experience with **Terraform** and **Ansible**. * Knowledge of **Cloud** environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience with **Git**, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. * Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server operating systems. * Basic understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure troubleshooting. * Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus. * Azure and DevOps certifications are a plus. * Ansible and Kubernetes certifications are a plus. * FinOps knowledge is a plus. **Additional differentiators** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Working hours** * **08:00 AM to 5:30 PM** (lunch break from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM) **NOTE:** Hey!
