Job Summary: Development Analyst to create, customize, and maintain solutions on the Fluig platform, optimizing internal processes and integrating systems. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement and best development practices We are seeking a Development Analyst to work on development, maintenance, and customization of solutions on the Fluig platform (TOTVS). The professional will be responsible for creating solutions that optimize internal processes, integrate systems, and ensure greater efficiency for business areas. **Responsibilities** * Develop, customize, and maintain electronic forms, workflows, and business processes in Fluig or similar technologies. * Support the creation and maintenance of widgets, reports, and dashboards. * Perform integrations with systems (e.g., Protheus) via APIs/REST/SOAP or database access. * Gather requirements from end-user departments. * Test, document, and provide technical support for developed solutions. * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and development best practices. **Requirements** * Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3\. * Knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations). * Ability to read and interpret code (Java, JavaScript, or similar). * Familiarity with system integration (APIs/REST/SOAP). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * BPM knowledge or experience (process modeling and automation) is desirable. * Experience with Fluig or similar platforms is desirable. * Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile methodologies is desirable. **Behavioral Profile** * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and capacity to propose solutions. **Education** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering**, or related fields. **Benefits:** Health and dental insurance (for employee and dependents); Fuel allowance; On-site cafeteria; Meal voucher; Pharmacy discount program; Life insurance; Profit-sharing program.
