Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Designer focused on quality, deadlines, and teamwork to create graphics, develop visual identities, and collaborate with marketing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Creating social media graphics, paid traffic assets, and campaign materials 2. Developing consistent visual identities and key visuals 3. Collaborating with content, video, and traffic teams **Design Position** On-site (Piracicaba/SP) or Remote (other cities) Átomo Hub – Marketing Performance **If you’re only looking to complete tasks, this position is not for you.** We seek someone committed, focused on quality, deadlines, and teamwork. **Responsibilities** * Create graphics for social media, paid traffic, campaigns, and landing pages * Develop consistent visual identities and key visuals * Collaborate with content, video, and traffic teams * Upload organized files to our systems (Drive and Ekyte) * Participate in check-ins, brainstorming sessions, and reviews * Meet deadlines while paying close attention to visual details and performance **Requirements** * Experience as a Designer * Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator * Basic knowledge of Figma * Video editing knowledge * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and organization * Ethical and collaborative attitude **Advantages** * Experience in performance marketing agencies **Work Model** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours * Employment Type: PJ or CLT (to be discussed) **About Átomo Hub** We are Átomo Hub — a marketing consultancy with a performance, technology, and real growth DNA.
