Requirements: Who we’re looking for to join our team: In-depth knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, SQL query patterns and tuning, requirement validation, creation and review of technical documentation, and basic project management concepts, as well as clear and concise communication. Experience — preferably 4 years or more — in systems analysis and development, including refactoring, performance optimization, and legacy systems. Incident handling and maintenance of critical systems. Experience in system integration. Responsibilities: Lead requirement-gathering meetings, support critical systems, develop comprehensive high-complexity solutions, accompany and support users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployments. Model and build solutions balancing technical and business needs. Important: Work independently, propose technical approaches, handle more complex incidents, support the team on technical matters, and occasionally engage in pair programming.
