We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on a strategic, highly complex project in the insurance and fintech solutions sector. You will contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications, working with modern cloud architecture (AWS), .NET technologies on the backend, React on the frontend, and process orchestration using N8N. This is an excellent opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and directly impact the experience of millions of customers at a rapidly growing fintech. **Responsibilities and duties** * Design and implement robust, scalable RESTful APIs using .NET, following architectural standards and design patterns * Develop modern user interfaces with React, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and UX best practices * Work with PostgreSQL, designing optimized schemas and ensuring data integrity * Design AWS-based solutions, utilizing services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and others as needed * Implement and orchestrate workflows using N8N for critical business process automation * Architect messaging solutions with RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication and high availability * Containerize applications using Docker, ensuring consistency across environments * Implement comprehensive test coverage, including unit tests with Stryker.Net for mutation analysis * Actively participate in code versioning with Git, conducting code reviews and ensuring quality * Work in a Scrum environment, participating in planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprints * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge on architecture, patterns, and best practices * Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure technical and business alignment **Requirements and qualifications** **Key responsibilities:** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent * Minimum 6\-8 years of fullstack development experience * Solid experience with .NET (C\#, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework or similar) * In-depth professional experience with React, including mastery of hooks, Context API, state management, and performance optimization * Advanced knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization * Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront or similar) * Experience with Docker and containerization * Knowledge of design patterns (SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Code) * Experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging solutions * Experience with unit testing (xUnit, NUnit for .NET; Jest, React Testing Library for React) * Proficiency in Git and versioning best practices * Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Strong portfolio or GitHub repository with fullstack project examples **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with N8N or other workflow orchestration/automation tools * Experience with Stryker.Net for mutation analysis and test improvement * Experience with Claude Code / BMad for AI-assisted development * Domain knowledge in insurance, fintech, or complex operations * Experience with microservices and service-oriented architecture * Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) * Knowledge of application security and protection of sensitive data * Experience leading or mentoring development teams * Fluent English * Contributions to open-source projects **Technology Stack:** * Backend: .NET (C\#, ASP.NET Core) * Frontend: React with TypeScript * Database: PostgreSQL * Cloud: AWS * Containerization: Docker * Messaging: RabbitMQ * Orchestration: N8N * APIs: RESTful Architecture * Version Control: Git * Testing: xUnit/NUnit, Jest, Stryker.Net * Methodology: Scrum * AI for Development: Cla **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
