**Customer Service Assistant (Export)** **Location:** São Paulo, SP (Faria Lima) **Work Model:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** CLT **About the Role** We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join the core of our export operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of the international sales cycle — from order issuance through final delivery to overseas customers — working directly with suppliers and global partners. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Export Management:** Receive, issue, and track end-to-end international sales orders. * **Logistics and Documentation:** Coordinate shipments (air, road, and sea), verify export documentation, and ensure compliance with destination market requirements. * **SAP Interface:** Register purchase orders, operational expenses (freight and fees), and maintain up-to-date customer master data in SAP. * **International Follow-up:** Maintain consistent communication with overseas customers and suppliers regarding process status. * **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:** Support product registration with MAPA and correctly apply fiscal classifications (NCM). * **Customer Service and Quality:** Centralize and monitor complaints, addressing non-conformities jointly with Procurement and Quality teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade processes. * **Languages:** **Advanced English** (fluent written and spoken communication for daily interaction with overseas stakeholders). * **Technical Knowledge:** Customs legislation, import/export taxes, and transportation modes. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **SAP Business One** and international trade systems (Narwal, Microsiga/Protheus, or Oracle). * Familiarity with foreign exchange settlement concepts.
