Monitor engagement and implement reactivation strategies **Customer Success Specialist (Post\-Sales) Job Summary** **Mission:** Ensure that retailers, suppliers, and construction companies achieve **maximum results** with the company's Big Data platform by acting as a **strategic mentor** in sales and prospecting—not just technical support. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct individual or group **online mentoring sessions**, guiding clients on platform usage, sales techniques, and overcoming objections. Provide **active WhatsApp support**, accompanying clients post\-sales and promoting retention. **Produce educational content** (videos and training) on sales best practices and system usage. **Monitor engagement**, identify cancellation risks, and implement reactivation strategies. **Requirements:** **Experience:** In sales and prospecting. **Knowledge:** Sales funnel, conversion techniques, and objection handling. **Behavioral Profile:** Communicative influence and compliance, persuasive, organized, and disciplined. **Infrastructure:** Home office with reliable internet and a private environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with SaaS or construtech, CRM usage, strong video communication skills, and a didactic profile. **Work Conditions:** **Remote**, open to candidates nationwide. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM / 1:00–6:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: **R$ 1\.873,00** (CLT or PJ). **Allowance:** R$ 100,00\. **Meal voucher:** R$ 200,00\. **Online health insurance.** **Bonuses:** R$ 250–500 (performance targets) \+ R$ 20 per completed mentoring session. **Final Summary:** The company seeks a **sales\-mentor** who combines commercial expertise with an educator’s mindset to drive client success on the platform, ensuring tangible outcomes and long\-term loyalty.
