**100% in-person work in Votorantim/SP** We are seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst to focus on customer service, reception, and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the first contact. The professional will be responsible for in-person, telephone, and digital customer service, environment organization, and support for internal events and requests, demonstrating professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Previous experience in customer service, reception, or related areas Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor Availability for in-person work in Votorantim/SP * Preferred qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Valid driver's license (CNH) Experience organizing events or providing administrative support Working hours * Monday to Friday (business hours – to be defined based on final alignment) * Possibility of one of the following schedules: * 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM * 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- Occasional support for events outside business hours may be required, with prior notice.
