Let’s Drink Wine! **Position:** Cumim What We Value Most: We love helpful, hands-on, curious, creative, organized individuals with excellent communication skills. **The hired person will be responsible for:** * Assisting waiters throughout customer service; * Preparing and organizing the dining room before opening; * Polishing glasses, cutlery, and utensils; * Setting up and organizing tables according to house standards; * Restocking materials and supplies at workstations; * Serving water, bread, and assisting with dish and beverage delivery as needed; * Assisting with cleaning and organizing tables during and after service; * Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift; * Assisting with setup and breakdown of events and tastings; * Supporting the dining room team whenever necessary, contributing to service excellence. **Requirements:** * Experience handling trays and providing dining room service. * Skill in handling delicate crystalware, glasses, and high-end stemware. * Experience restocking supplies (condiment dispensers, waters, soft drinks) and organizing work materials. * Practical knowledge of opening and closing procedures. * Ability to identify necessary tasks without constant supervision. * Keen eye for environmental cleanliness and customer well-being. * Adaptability to rapid changes in layout and dining room dynamics. * Ability to convey company culture and negotiate sales clearly and elegantly.
