




Job Summary: A marketing professional to contribute to strategy, manage customer journeys, and analyze data to optimize campaigns and communications. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to marketing strategy and calendar 2. Manage omnichannel customer journeys and dispatch sequences 3. Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and segment audiences Contribute to the marketing calendar strategy; Create weekly, biweekly, and monthly dispatch sequences (email or WhatsApp); Design and manage omnichannel customer journeys; Segment audiences based on sales analysis by channel type; Monitor customer lifecycle; Align with partner teams to ensure efficient communication; Prepare briefings to request production of communication materials; Conduct A/B testing; Track departmental KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, churn rate, etc.); Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, preferably RD Station; Knowledge of CRM metrics.
