Technical support to planning and construction execution teams The construction company is seeking a Cost Engineer in Itapeva (Downtown). Construtora Vale do Ouro specializes in civil construction, delivering high-quality services for residential and commercial projects. With an experienced team, the company stands out for its efficiency and commitment to deadlines and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Prepare budgets for water supply networks, sewage collection systems, pumping stations, reservoirs, and other sanitation infrastructure. Perform quantitative take-offs of materials, equipment, and services based on project drawings and descriptive memoranda. Develop unit cost compositions and budget spreadsheets. Prepare physical\-financial schedules for proposals and contracts. Obtain quotations for materials, equipment, and services from suppliers. Analyze tender documents, project designs, technical specifications, and bidding documents. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Assess project risks, assumptions, and opportunities. Utilize reference databases such as SINAPI, SABESP, SICRO, and other applicable cost tables. Provide technical support to planning and construction execution teams. Participate in technical site visits to gather information and define execution strategies. Previous experience as a Cost Engineer, Planning Engineer, Project Engineer, or Budget Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
