Description

**Main Responsibilities** **Systems and ERP** * Administer and enhance Protheus (Brazil and Paraguay); * Oversee SAP Business One (South Africa and Ghana); * Ensure integrity of accounting and financial data; * Monitor integrations and updates; * Support process improvement initiatives with business areas. **Support and Service Delivery** * Coordinate user support; * Guarantee SLA compliance and service quality; * Handle critical incidents; * Monitor service delivery metrics. **Management** * Lead technical team; * Prioritize requests in collaboration with business areas; * Manage vendors. **Infrastructure (Interface)** * Collaborate closely with infrastructure team; * Support access control, backup, and security topics. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP; * Functional knowledge of core back-office modules; * Intermediate or advanced SQL; * Experience coordinating teams; * Exposure to corporate environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * SAP Business One; * Basic ADVPL; * BI and dashboards; * APIs and integrations; * System implementation and/or integration projects; * ETL or Data Warehouse. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and prioritization; * Clear communication; * Practical leadership; * Business-oriented mindset; * Owner mentality. **Education** Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. **Languages** Advanced English (mandatory); Intermediate Spanish. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
