Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of assigned foods under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill the stages of the production process. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. 1\. Pre\-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2\. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and replenish food items; 4\. Ensure the final product's presentation; 5\. Conduct tasting and approval of products (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and identify food samples; 8\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as occupational health and safety standards, during task execution, per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Schedule:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM OR 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Requirements:** * Experience in the role.
