Identify and register visitors, service providers, and employees; Grant or deny access according to site rules; Control vehicle entry and exit; Verify identification documents, ID badges, and authorizations; Monitor suspicious movements; Assist residents, customers, and staff at the reception desk; Receive packages and correspondence; Record incidents in a logbook or system; Operate intercoms, radios, and access control systems; Assist in organizing and securing the premises; Alert security guards, supervisors, or police in emergency situations. Schedule: 12x36 \- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Will cover vacations; initially work the night shift, then transition to another shift).
