Job Summary: A Construction Supervisor oversees daily operations at the construction site, acting as the link between planning and execution, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines and safety. Inventory monitoring and material control The Construction Supervisor is the professional responsible for overseeing daily activities at the construction site. They act as the liaison between engineering planning and practical execution, assigning tasks, controlling material usage, and ensuring strict compliance with deadlines, budget, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: * **Team Management:** Assigning and guiding workers (masons, laborers, rebar workers, etc.), monitoring productivity and work quality. * **Project Reading:** Interpreting architectural and structural drawings and plans, ensuring all construction aligns precisely with the design. * **Material Control:** Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and preventing waste of materials on-site. * **Workplace Safety:** Enforcing proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining site organization and cleanliness. * **Schedule Monitoring:** Verifying that daily and weekly construction phases progress according to the planned timeline. * MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND RESIDE IN THE CITY Compensation: R$5.500,00\n per month Work Location: On-site
