We seek someone with strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and excellent relationships with both suppliers and internal customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage material procurement processes—from receiving requisitions and conducting quotations to negotiating and issuing purchase orders; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and contracting of service providers; * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other commercial conditions to achieve optimal cost-benefit for the company; * Track purchase orders, material deliveries, and execution of contracted services, taking proactive measures to ensure on-time fulfillment; * Address and monitor production departments’ requisitions related to procured materials; * Prospect, develop, and qualify new suppliers—including requesting documents, samples, and technical information; * Evaluate supplier performance according to procedures established by the Quality Management System; * Issue, request, and verify supplier compliance and qualification documents required to meet ANVISA regulations; * Develop and monitor procurement KPIs to support identification of improvement opportunities; * Maintain up-to-date records, databases, and documents related to procurement and supplier processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement, preferably within industrial companies; * Experience with quotations, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Intermediate English; * Strong negotiation, critical analysis, and organizational skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with suppliers and internal departments. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in industries producing ANVISA-regulated products; * Familiarity with supplier qualification and control routines within Quality Management Systems; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards; * Experience procuring production materials, electronic components, or technical items; * Familiarity with Protheus/TOTVS system; * Experience developing and monitoring procurement KPIs; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, Strategic Sourcing, or Total Cost of Acquisition (TCO) analysis.
