Job Summary: We are looking for an organized, resilient, and highly motivated apprentice eager to learn and support the development of Compliance practices. Key Highlights: 1. Culture built on collaboration, continuous learning, and growth. **What are we looking for?** We seek an apprentice who enjoys challenges, is organized, resilient, and highly motivated to learn. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will be the challenge?** * Provide support in implementing and reviewing Compliance/integrity program practices; * Support the development of awareness initiatives regarding Compliance culture and the review of policies supporting the Compliance/integrity program; * Evaluate new products and services, analyzing compliance and regulatory impacts; * Conduct compliance testing, issue and monitor action plans arising from such tests; * Review and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures; * Perform due diligence (suppliers / sponsorships / donations / partners), as well as monitoring for supplier recertification; * Monitor the regulatory environment, identify laws and/or legislative proposals impacting business operations, manage the Law Evaluation Committee, and implement actions stemming from regulatory forums; * Prepare and present executive reports; * Support updating Compliance standards and manuals, as well as reviewing internal manuals; * Support management in fulfilling routine tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Age between 18 and 23 years; * Proactivity; * Resilience; * Organizational skills; * Strong willingness to learn. **Additional Information** Digio is more than a digital bank.
