Map commercial processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical, applicable improvements aligned with the client's reality. Create, update, and organize commercial materials such as playbooks, cadences, scripts, guides, and development paths. Analyze conversations, routines, and commercial metrics to generate clear and actionable insights. Monitor clients' weekly execution, ensuring technical, behavioral, and process-related progress. Participate in diagnostics and meetings, contributing analytical insights and strategic guidance. High school diploma required.
