**About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state of São Paulo — including 4 Fogo \& Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and capital. MTO is passionate about eating well and motivated to offer and share great moments! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily menu:** Prepare and release all proteins (meats, chicken, fish) according to standard procedures, unless customer orders specify otherwise. Cut queijo coalho pieces to be placed on the grill plate as per orders. Clean the deep fryer and filter the oil daily, maintaining oil and fried food quality while preventing burnt residue buildup. Assist in retrieving items from the cold room for production and portioning, ensuring ingredients are available for the team. Restock meats and maintain cleanliness of drawers for shift consumption. Continuously clean the grill plate, egg griddle, and spatulas during service hours. **Work Location: O Matuto Expressa – Tamboré Shopping, Barueri** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Ingredients We’re Looking For:** Flexible availability regarding working hours.
