Job Summary: Responsible for controlling passenger and bus flow, monitoring systems, providing operational support, safeguarding records, and handling calls. Key Highlights: 1. A company specializing in infrastructure management and operation for mobility is seeking a CCO Operator in Recife (Center). **Responsibilities:** Will work at the Nova Mobi PE CORE. Control passenger flow within the terminal premises using an automatic image system with fixed and mobile cameras, as well as monitor bus flow inside and around the terminal. Provide field operational support via intercoms, delivering information on daily operations and alerting responsible departments—such as security, operations, and cleaning—in case of any irregularities. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the control system; safeguard and ensure confidentiality of digitized records according to established retention periods; and issue public announcements as needed. Monitor fire alarm indicators, escalators, elevators, and other equipment via the control panel; handle internal and external phone calls when required. Perform, upon request, baggage storage attendant and information desk duties; provide users with boarding and alighting guidance; and operate in areas such as platforms, bus lanes, entry/exit booths, and parking lots. Occasionally control bus entry and circulation, observing schedules and proper platform usage. High school diploma required.
