Build the HR department from scratch and establish credibility **Business Partner (HR)** **Location:** Barcarena/PA **Employment Type:** CLT **Salary:** To be discussed **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **About the Role** We are looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a key driver in structuring and strategically managing People at our Barcarena/PA branch. This position will be instrumental in connecting corporate directives with local operations, ensuring efficiency, culture, and results. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary HR interface between headquarters and operations; * Implement and oversee HR subsystems (R\&S, development, performance, climate, and metrics); * Lead Recruitment \& Selection processes (administrative, technical, and leadership levels); * Support managers in promotion, merit, and internal mobility decisions; * Mediate conflicts and foster a healthy, productive work environment; * Monitor strategic HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.); * Conduct organizational diagnostics and implement action plans; * Develop leadership training and employee engagement initiatives; * Administer climate surveys and propose improvements; * Conduct onboarding, probation period follow-up, and exit interviews; * Structure and monitor the TNA (Training Needs Assessment); * Present monthly metrics to corporate management. **Challenges of the Role** * Build the HR department from scratch; * Establish credibility with leaders and teams; * Integrate HR into the branch's daily operational routine; * Maintain active, strategic communication with headquarters. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management; * Must reside in Barcarena\-PA; * Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR lead; * Hands-on profile with strategic vision; * Skills: interpersonal relationship, discipline, planning, creativity, and organization; * Driver’s License Category B (preferred). **Benefits** * Life Insurance; * Health and Dental Plans (co-payment); * Transportation Allowance; * Meal/Food Allowance; * Annual Bonus (up to 2 salaries); * Birthday Day Off; * Totalpass (physical and mental health); * Partnership with travel company offering discounts; * Allya Discount Club (education, languages, leisure, and more). **Location****Employment Model****Work Model** Barcarena, PA, BR Permanent CLT On-site
