If this describes you—if you are innovative and have more to contribute—your place is at Schulze. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor judicial proceedings in intermediate and final phases; file appeals; challenge defenses; draft settlement agreements and other submissions required to advance litigation; * Monitor vehicle search-and-seizure actions within judicial proceedings; * Conduct vehicle seizures and manage subsequent procedural steps, including invoicing, release for sale, restrictions, or case closure; * Update case progress in banks’ systems; monitor intermediate pleadings; collect court fees; * Analyze cases resulting in adverse cost awards in favor of the law firm; pursue extrajudicial collection of owed amounts; assess feasibility of enforcing judgments; draft legal submissions; research assets; negotiate settlements; and file appeals; * Support the firm’s defense in cases where clients allege potential legal errors; * Manage and prepare reports related to legal department activities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Willingness to work onsite in Joinville/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Health insurance plan — Hapvida (after 1 year of employment); * TotalPass; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Dental plan — Porto Seguro; * Birthday day off; * On-site cafeteria; * Childcare assistance; * Discounts with educational institutions and retail establishments; * Employee Assistance Program (CARE).
