Your responsibilities will include: Managing accounts payable and receivable Issuing invoices and monitoring due dates Managing and controlling delinquency Proactively collecting from customers (WhatsApp, phone calls, and e\-mail) Updating financial spreadsheets and systems Supporting cash flow control and reporting What we are looking for: \* Experience in the finance area \* Organization and attention to detail \* Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor for collections \* Proactive profile with a sense of urgency \* Basic knowledge of Excel or financial systems Advantages: Experience in collections and negotiation Ideal candidate profile: A disciplined and responsible individual who meets deadlines and has confidence in collections — we need someone who closely monitors accounts and does not let anything slip through the cracks.
