Ensuring excellence in customer service and commercial quality Working in a high-end wallpaper store with over 50 years of market presence; Supporting sales consultants in customer service; Serving architects, interior designers, and end customers; Preparing quotations, issuing orders, and managing the sales closing process; Occasional participation in architecture and design sector events and trade fairs; Ensuring excellence in customer service and commercial quality at all stages of the sales process; Achieving company-defined targets and performance goals. **Requirements:** Experience or aptitude in serving high-end clientele (preferred); Commercial mindset, agility, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor; Proficiency in using computer systems; Availability to work on weekends. Benefits **Monday to Friday:** from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; **Alternate Saturdays (3 working Saturdays):** from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; **Two Sundays per month:** from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM\. **Location:** D&D Shopping Center, São Paulo/SP. **Compensation and Benefits:** **Fixed salary:** R$ 2\.557,51; **Commission on wallpaper sales:** 0.1%; **Commission on decoration sales:** 0.5%; **Meal/food allowance (VR/VA):** R$ 500.00; Transportation allowance; Health insurance; **Average monthly salary:** R$ 2\.800,00\. **Employment type:** CLT.
