With over 500 projects completed,** **its headquarters in Fortaleza and nine offices across Brazil, Quanta operates nationwide** **with technical rigor, cross-departmental integration, and accountability in deliverables.** **What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Technical or Higher Education degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Prior experience in the IT field, preferably in technical support; * Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, and macOS), Windows Server, hardware, Microsoft Office Suite, software installation, email tools, and network infrastructure. **Your main challenges:** * Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees; * Receive and log service requests using departmental tools; * Install, configure, and maintain equipment, systems, and software; * Support network infrastructure and access management; * Control IT inventory, documentation, and quotations.
