Opportunity for professional growth and development. **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Perform all stages of the brokerage’s commercial activity, including prospecting, development, system registration, follow-up, and closing of sales across all insurance lines, with emphasis on life insurance. **Requirements:** Must have a laptop/computer, internet connection, and mobile phone for remote work. Prior commercial experience via WhatsApp sales is essential, as well as skills in client communication and negotiation, and prospecting new business. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious about professional growth and development. Undergraduate studies in progress are desirable; completion of high school or technical education is mandatory. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
