Supervision of welding procedures **Job Description:** · Review and interpret internal technical drawings. · Monitor and guide welders/operators on the correct use, maintenance of equipment, and welding procedures. · Collaborate with the operations coordinator to develop construction schedules. · Supervise the assembly team and manage production targets and results. · Request welding consumables used in the department. · Complete, evaluate, and distribute production and labor reporting forms. · Develop project schedules, technical reports, and daily control records. **Requirements:** · Proven experience in welding inspection, technical drawing interpretation, and welding · Experience in leadership roles · Driver's license category B Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$5\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle
