Develop project schedules and technical reports **Job Description:** · Review and interpret internal technical drawings. · Monitor and guide welders/operators regarding correct equipment maintenance and welding procedures. · Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to develop construction schedules. · Supervise assembly teams and administer production targets and results. · Request welding consumables used in the department. · Complete, evaluate, and distribute production and labor reporting forms. · Develop project schedules, technical reports, and daily control records. **Requirements:** · Proven experience in welding inspection, technical drawing interpretation, and welding · Experience in leadership roles · Driver's license category B Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$5\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle
