We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** * Assist the installation team in digitizing Service Orders and archiving digitized documents on the network. * Open, approve, generate scheduling, print, and finalize Service Orders. * Open and finalize preventive and corrective maintenance Service Orders for the customer base. * Attend to customers via telephone; schedule visits for preventive and corrective maintenance, various maintenance activities, and leak-tightness testing. * Create CRM budget records, develop commercial proposals, and manage billing for unfulfilled disconnection requests. Organize files and perform other duties relevant to the area. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education * Age between 18 and 22 years **Additional Information:** * Compensation package comprises base salary (R$ 1\.069,50\) \+ 30% hazard allowance \- Total R$ 1\.390,35; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM * Fully on-site. ### **Employment Regime:** Apprenticeship ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Critical Thinking, Communication, Focus, Organization, Interpersonal Skills ### **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Gas Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Dining Room ### **Department:** Installation Engineering
