Through learning, forecasting, and relationship solutions, we help schools become better, larger, and more engaging for students, educators, and families. **\#JoinArco \#BeTech** **Now that you’ve grasped a bit more of our essence, shall we talk about this opportunity?** ### **What challenges will you take on with us?** * Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and propose optimal data modeling solutions; * Translate business concepts into quantitative metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.); * Model and architect data for analytical purposes following best practices—including data quality and documentation; * Orchestrate workflows related to data pipelines. ### **What we expect from you:** * Experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring data pipelines; * Advanced SQL; * Hands-on experience with analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake, data vault); * Knowledge of analytical architecture techniques (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, etc.); * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, etc.); * Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders from both technical and business areas; * Facilitate alignment with stakeholders: understand business needs, present solutions, and validate deliverables; * Experience orchestrating workflows using Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, DBT, or Dataform; * Knowledge of Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
