Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical E-commerce Analyst to manage a complete e-commerce operation, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Work in a dynamic environment involving Marketing and Logistics We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst to oversee the full management of an e-commerce operation. We seek an organized, analytical, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, focused on results and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage the e-commerce platform; Update products, descriptions, and images on the website daily; Organize categories, collections, and virtual storefronts; Plan and execute promotional campaigns; Create and update banners, pages, and promotions; Manage inventory and product availability on the online store; Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, average order value, shopping cart abandonment rate, and sales performance; Propose improvements to enhance customer experience and store conversion; Administer e-commerce platform apps and integrations; Perform minor adjustments on the platform when necessary; Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams; Create product images using Artificial Intelligence tools, maintaining visual consistency aligned with brand identity. Requirements: Prior experience managing e-commerce operations; Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (experience with Nuvemshop is a plus); Familiarity with e-commerce integrations and applications; Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and programming logic; Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for image creation and process optimization; Organized, analytical, proactive, and team-oriented profile. Job Information: Work Model: On-site Location: Cotia – SP Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Availability to support campaign-related tasks and peak business periods, as needed. Salary and Benefits: Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Benefits: Transportation Voucher; Meal Allowance of R$ 250.00; Performance-based bonus.
