**Administrative and Billing Internship (SAP Focus)** Location: São Paulo\-SP \| Mode: In-person **Acoem** is a multinational company that creates environments of possibility, delivering intelligent environmental monitoring solutions (noise, vibration, and air quality) and predictive maintenance. This position in the **Administrative** department was created to integrate a candidate eager to master financial processes within a multinational environment. More than performing tasks, you will be trained to understand the intelligence behind billing workflows and data analysis. **Your Mission on the Team** * **Master the SAP Ecosystem:** Directly handle invoice postings (Accounts Payable) and document registration via system modules. * **Billing Management:** Validate Tax Invoices (NF), issue payment slips (boletos), and manage customer delivery workflows through SAP. * **Strategic Interface:** Confirm purchase orders (PO), align payment schedules with customers, and support the finance team in assertive collections. * **Analysis and Predictability:** Maintain and update billing spreadsheets to ensure visibility into departmental results. * **Digital Control:** Monitor receipt of NFs on customer portals and organize routines via Google Workspace. **The Profile We Seek** * **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. * **Technical Expertise:** Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (essential mastery of **VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables**). * **Mindset:** A critical thinker with strong organizational skills and proactivity to anticipate solutions. * **Communication:** Ability to interact effectively with customers and collaborate closely with the team. **What Makes This Role Stand Out** * Hands-on experience with **SAP** financial modules. * Technology- and data-analytics-focused environment. * Culture that values organization and continuous development. **Ready to accelerate your career with us?
