**Job Opening: Administrative Assistant (Commercial Role)** Pedra Fina Mármores is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a commercial focus to join our sales team. We are looking for a communicative, proactive individual eager to grow, who enjoys interacting with customers and directly working toward targets and results. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Customer service (in-person and online) \- Preparation and submission of quotations \- Follow-up on negotiations \- Order organization \- Post-sales support \- Administrative support for the commercial department **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: until 5:00 PM On Saturdays, shifts rotate between sales staff: \- One staff member finishes at 5:00 PM \- The other finishes at 12:00 PM **Compensation:** \- Base salary: R$ 1\.564,07 \- Overtime: R$ 15,16 per hour Approximate monthly average: \+ R$ 400,00 \- Commission: 1% of total sales value Opportunity for monthly compensation increase based on sales performance. **Benefits:** \- Hazardous work allowance: R$ 324,20 \- Cash meal allowance: R$ 494,00 \- Food basket \- Birthday day off NOTE: We do not provide transportation vouchers. **Requirements:** \- Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields \- Basic computer skills \- Strong communication skills \- Proactivity \- Willingness to learn **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in sales or customer service.
