Job Summary: Professional responsible for administrative support activities for engineering and planning, occupational safety support, and documentation control on site. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation control and tracking **POSITION AVAILABLE IN NOVA EUROPA/SP (Araraquara/SP Region) \- to meet demand at the Santa Fé Power Plant construction site in Nova Europa/SP.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 **Salary:** R$2\.500,00 \+ Medical Plan (Unimed) \+ Dental Plan (Sul América) \+ Life Insurance \+ Transportation Allowance (credited to card with 6% payroll deduction) \+ Bus fare covered by the company \+ On-site lunch \+ Other benefits. **Responsibilities:** Perform administrative tasks supporting the site engineer and planning department, such as conducting analyses, making contacts, preparing reports, filling out spreadsheets, issuing invoices, attending to site staff, etc. Provide support to the Occupational Safety Technician in safety-related activities, assisting with documentation and activity monitoring, and clarifying matters with the headquarters in Ribeirão Preto/SP whenever necessary; Responsible for controlling and tracking all site documentation and its processing (client, headquarters, site); Perform other related administrative tasks to ensure smooth site operations. **Requirements:** * Immediate availability to start. * **Valid Driver's License Category A/B required** * Prior experience in this role is a plus. **THIS POSITION IS ALSO OPEN TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
