Internal support and file organization We are looking for an organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support administrative routines and document control within the company. The role involves completing **RDO (Daily Work Report)**, preparing documents and reports for clients, and supporting internal departmental documentation requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Complete RDOs according to client-specified standards; * Prepare, review, and format documents in Word and PDF; * Create and update Excel spreadsheets (activity tracking, construction records, reports, etc.); * Develop presentations and reports in PowerPoint; * Organize administrative files and documents; * Support the team in construction-related documentation tasks; * Send materials, reports, and information to clients when required; * Assist with general administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); * Strong writing skills and attention to detail; * Organization, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines; * Good communication skills and adaptability to handle diverse tasks. Immediate availability required!
