Development of behavioral and technical skills **Description** HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE As a Young Apprentice, you will work in the administrative area, providing support to one of the following departments: **Sales** **Marketing** **People \& Culture** **Risk** **Finance** **Presidency** **Responsibilities and Duties** On a day-to-day basis, you will learn and assist with: Document, spreadsheet, and report organization; Support for administrative routines within departments; Coordination of activities with various teams; Development of essential behavioral and technical skills for the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** Young people aged 18 to 22; Completed high school or currently enrolled in higher education; Curiosity, proactivity, eagerness to learn and drive results; Team spirit and strong communication skills.
