If you are prepared to become a valuable member of our team and enjoy managing financial documentation and reports, we encourage you to apply! **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM** **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance or Commuting Expense Reimbursement; * Health Insurance; * One Gym Limeira Gym Membership + Muay Thai + Beach Tennis; * Courses and Events provided by the company. **Selection Process:** * Registration > Behavioral and Technical Assessment > Interview with Team Leader > Interview with Manager > Practical Test > Hiring. **Responsibilities:** * Perform journal entries and bank reconciliations; * Analyze Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Income Statements (DRE); * Maintain up-to-date and accurate balance sheets and trial balances; * Assist in preparing periodic accounting reports; * Provide support in data analysis for decision-making; * Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client needs and deliver customized financial analyses; * Maintain effective communication with clients regarding financial transactions. * Submit mandatory accounting obligations such as ECD, DEFIS, etc. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field (Mandatory); * Knowledge of Real Profit taxation regime (Lucro Real) (Mandatory); * Proficiency in accounting systems (Mandatory); * Basic Excel knowledge (Mandatory); * Professional experience in the accounting department (Mandatory); * Analytical ability and attention to detail (Mandatory); * Strong communication skills; * Quick learning ability and multidisciplinary mindset; * Skill in analyzing financial and operational indicators; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Preferred).
