**Main responsibilities:** * Control access of people, vehicles, and service providers to company premises; * Identify and register visitors, suppliers, and employees according to established procedures; * Guide visitors regarding access and circulation rules on-site; * Monitor entries and exits, ensuring compliance with security rules; * Record incidents in a dedicated logbook or system when necessary; * Notify the responsible team in case of atypical or emergency situations; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to asset security. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility; * Availability to work on rotating shifts. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience as an Access Controller, Doorman, or in related areas; * Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems. **Mandatory requirements:** * Availability to work in Ribeirão das Neves; * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this field is considered a plus. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).**
