Responsibilities and duties * Develop, evolve, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring (Boot, Data, Security, etc.); * Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions; * Actively participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions; * Ensure engineering best practices: automated testing, code review, clean code, and observability; * Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and QA teams; * Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, from conception through production; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the technology stack. Requirements and qualifications * Solid experience with Java; * Knowledge of Kafka; * Advanced knowledge of Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot); * Experience with REST APIs and/or messaging systems; * Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Experience with automated testing (unit and integration); * Experience with version control (Git).
