The technology team transforms business strategies into high-performance solutions, ensuring efficiency and innovation across the bank. **Vehicle Credit & Consignado Credit** * Credit policy creation and maintenance: developing rules and models that define the credit criteria applied to the bank’s financial products, ensuring market competitiveness. * Critical credit analysis systems: responsible for structuring credit policies for vehicle and consignado products, safeguarding the integrity and profitability of the bank’s operations. Highly critical systems demanding reliability and precision. * High-volume and complex operations: implementing scalable solutions to support large transaction volumes, with advanced observability and full decision traceability. * Technical challenges: maintaining SLAs for mission-critical systems, architectural and performance excellence, integration with multiple services across the bank’s ecosystem, and continuous evolution of credit policies to meet strategic and regulatory demands. **Pricing** * Pricing policy creation and maintenance: developing rules and models that define the rates applied to the bank’s financial products, ensuring market competitiveness. * Critical rate and spread calculation system: responsible for determining pricing for credit products, guaranteeing profitability of the bank’s operations. A highly critical system requiring reliability and precision. * High-volume and complex operations: implementing scalable solutions to support large transaction volumes, with advanced observability and full decision traceability. * Technical challenges: maintaining SLAs for mission-critical systems, architectural and performance excellence, integration with multiple services across the bank’s ecosystem, and continuous evolution of pricing policies to meet strategic and regulatory demands. **What You’ll Learn and Impact** * End-to-end credit origination process: eligibility, pricing, offer, collateral management, and revolving credit. * Policy-as-code: translating credit rules into high-performance, traceable, and governable services. * Sustaining the credit engine, integrating with multiple credit bureaus, optimizing batch policies, and monitoring exposure. * Collaborating with predictive risk and default models for more accurate and scalable decisions. * Direct impact on PAN’s essential products. * A work environment bridging technology and business, featuring real-world challenges, accelerated learning, and advanced use of Machine Learning and intelligent dashboards. **Key Competencies for This Role?** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (graduated or nearing completion). * Strong logical reasoning and analytical ability. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and time/space complexity. * Understanding of software architecture, trade-offs, and best practices (clean code, design patterns, testing). * Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and coding best practices. * Experience with Python; .NET Core is desirable. * Solid SQL knowledge (optimized queries and performance analysis).
