Join Triggo.ai and build the future with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Translate client strategy into data requirements and solutions; * Structure and lead the definition of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse); * Design and drive end-to-end data project implementation; * Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with best practices; * Support demand prioritization and organization, transforming needs into executable roadmaps; * Collaborate closely with business areas to ensure functional understanding and value generation; * Serve as a technical reference, elevating the team’s capabilities and mentoring junior professionals; * Promote best practices in engineering, data governance, and data quality; * Actively participate in architectural decisions and the evolution of the data ecosystem. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to understand business problems and translate them into data solutions; * Experience structuring projects and driving them from conception to delivery; * Strong results orientation and commitment to delivering value; * Solid experience with modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, modern DW); * Proficiency in data modeling (analytical and transactional); * Experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and large-scale processing; * Hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP); * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data observability. **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
