Will make the **first contact with leads**, introducing the company and assessing fit with the ideal customer profile using techniques such as **SPIN Selling**. Also responsible for **scheduling meetings between qualified leads and the sales team**, ensuring smooth handover from pre-sales to sales, and **maintaining active follow-up** with potential customers.
