Join us as a Youth Apprentice! **Responsibilities and Duties** Spreadsheet management; Document organization; Public service; Supporting the team in administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** A program promoting the social and professional inclusion of youth in the workforce. Youth currently enrolled in the final year of Elementary or High School, or who have already completed High School or Technical Education. Youth aged 14 to under 24 years. Documents: ID Card/CPF/Work Card — Physical or digital For applicants over 18 years old, Military Reserve Card is required. **Additional Information** **Details about the Apprentice Program at Partner Companies:** **Workload:** 4h or 6h per day, consisting of 3 or 4 workdays and 1 or 2 days of professional training. **Employment Contract (CLT):** 11 or 16 months (fixed-term CLT contract). **Stipend:** Between R$ 643.00 and R$ 1.154,00 (monthly), depending on the hiring company. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Food Voucher or Meal Voucher or On-site Cafeteria, Dental Care, Medical Assistance (as provided by the hiring company) **Location:** São Paulo — Capital, ABCDM Region, Osasco, Alphaville, Santana Parnaíba, Riacho Grande, Guarulhos, Barueri, Caieiras, Francisco Morato, Itapevi, Jandira, Carapicuíba, Cotia, and Embu das Artes. Instituto Via de Acesso is a non-economic-purpose association whose primary objective is to carry out educational, philanthropic, and social assistance activities focused on promoting free professional training and integrating youth and adults into the labor market through Internship and Apprenticeship programs.
